Deliverance

Daily Word - August 20, 2019

"And when he called unto him his twelve disciples, he gave them power against unclean spirits, to cast them out, and to heal all manner of sickness and all manner of diseases." Matt.

10:1

On my most recent trip to Oaxaca Mexico, I was speaking in a small church near Chacahua. We preached a simple message on Jesus, The way, the truth, the life. After the message we gave a simple invitation for those who needed Christ. I was amazed as half the small congregation and some of our own enterage came forward. As we were praying for this group we began to lay hands on them and pray the Holy Spirit to come on them, and He did! One of mine and Belinda's spiritual daughters, Angela, began praying for a woman who seemed to be struggling a little in the prayer line. Before I knew it this woman went down on all fours on the flour and began to manifest that she had an "unclean spirit" inside

of her. Angela, did not back down but went into full engagement mode and began to command the unclean spirit to come out, and it did. The woman “refunded” some goo and flem right on the floor of the church and was completely set free. Angela prayed her through to Christ and she won the victory!

When this was taking place my first instinct was to rush to her aid but I felt a check and instead I watched and Angela speedily had the matter well in hand. So instead I took out my phone and took pictures.

We have known Angela and her husband Miguel for more than eight years. They recently began serving as pastors in Reynosa, Mexico. They have helped Belinda and myself on many mission excursions and I am so proud of them.
