finish what you started!

Glory Barn Daily Word - Wed.May.30.2018

“When I walk into the thick of trouble, keep me alive in the angry turmoil. With one hand strike my foes, With your other hand save me. Finish what you started in me, God.

❤️Your love is eternal—“ [Psalm 138:7-8 MSG]❤️

Yes! Though we do our best to avoid trouble, angry people and the pit falls of life- we often walk right into the “thick of trouble”.

However we don’t have to stay in that place because our Father sees and cares about everything that concerns us. (Psalm 138:8 KJV)

This passage says that He is taking care of your enemies and at the same time He is “saving you!” So you can trust that whatever concerns you is His concern! Hallelujah!

He has not forsaken you or left you to die! No! You are in the very place that God will show His mighty Power to save and deliver you -though you feel desperate and surrounded by anger and fear. But now is the time to “Be still and know He is God.” (Psalm.46:10.KJV)

Cry out to God - “Finish what You have started in me, O Lord! Don’t leave me where I’ve been! Because of Your great eternal love, you are working your mighty work of grace in my life and I receive the fullness of Your purpose!”

“For your mercy, O Lord, endures forever: forsake not the works of Your own hands” ... in my life! (V.8 KJV) - Shelia
