For this is the Will of God in Christ Jesus!

“In everything give thanks; for this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” I Thes. 5:18

Both parts of this passage are spot on. First part, “In everything give thanks.” This can be a tough one to learn and execute when you consider all of life’s twist and turns, pains, let downs, and heartaches. Learning to give thanks in every season is a maturing process every believer has to learn.

Part two is this amazing phrase. “For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.” Consider all that encompasses the phrase… “This is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.”

God has not given us a spirit of fear… but of power and love and a sound mind. (2 Tim. 1:7). God does not want your life governed by fear. For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

God does not want you making decisions from a platform of anxiety. For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

God wants you to function from a position of love 💗. For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you.

God wants you to function from a position of power (dunimas). For this is the will of God in Christ Jesus concerning you. Amen!
