HIS Amazing GRACE
🔹GRACE TO RETURN 🔹
Daily Word - March 15 - Pastor Sheliah
➖The apostle Paul’s life was so full of power, love and God’s grace that he could walk right into the fire, led by the Spirit, and know that, “In God I have put my trust; I shall not be afraid. What can mere man do to me?” (Ps.56:4)
🔹In Acts 14, he was stoned and left for dead. “Some Jews from Antioch and Iconium had Paul stoned and dragged him out of town, thinking he was dead. But as the believers gathered around him, he got up and went back into the town....💕
Encouraging them to continue in the faith, reminding them that 'we must suffer many hardships to enter the Kingdom of God.'” (Acts14:19-22)
🔹Why would they go back there? Verse 22 says to “strengthen the believers.” Talk about a man who walked in God’s grace! The testimony of Paul’s life was that “though we will suffer many hardships – it is worth it for the sake of the Kingdom!”
🔹Jesus promised, “In this world you will have tribulation, but be of good cheer, I have overcome the world” (John 16:33). There it is! It’s not “something you did to deserve it!” Or, the “enemy must really be after me!” No! While you are living in this world, you will have challenges!
🔹But - It’s when we can get up and keep on going and manifest His amazing grace and peace – in everything and every place – that these trials purify and strengthen us so that our lives “result in praise and glory to God” and reveal Jesus Christ to the world – to those who have no hope. (1Pt.1:7) 💕
🔹And so, we pick ourselves up and go back – to once again share the Good News of God’s amazing grace and love! ❤~ Shelia Hart Artt
