PURE AS GOLD- TESTED BY FIRE‼️

“He knows where I am going. And when He tests me, I will come out as pure as gold.” (Job.23.10 NLT)
In the midst of many of life’s extreme challenges, Job believed that God was refining him and that not “in spite of the circumstances” ➖but he knew that because he was coming through the fires of life, he would be better, stronger, more useful and ➖ “purified as gold.”
“So you can be truly glad! There is wonderful joy ahead, even though you may endure many trials for a little while.
“These trials will show that your faith is genuine. It is being tested as fire tests and purifies gold—though your faith is far more precious than mere gold. So when your faith remains strong through many trials, it will bring you much praise and glory and honor on the day when Jesus Christ is revealed to the whole world.” (1Peter.1:6-8 NLT)
If you, as I have quite often in recent days, found yourself being accosted with challenges from every side ➖ whether physical, financial, emotional, family or spiritual ➖”God knows where you’re going! And when He tests you, you will come out as pure gold.”
Live daily with the expectation of His joy flooding your life - irregardless of what the circumstances seem to be! Walk in Faith! Knowing that ... “Faith shows the reality of what we hope for; Faith is the evidence of things we cannot see.” (Hebrews.11:1-2 NLT)
“God blessed Job’s later life even more than his earlier life, and He restored Job’s fortune—and then doubled it! All his brothers and sisters and friends came to his house and celebrated. And each of them brought him a gift of money and a gold ring.” (Job.42:10-11 NLT)
“I know how great this makes you feel, even though you have to put up with every kind of aggravation in the meantime. Pure gold put in the fire comes out of it proved pure; genuine faith put through this suffering comes out proved genuine. When Jesus wraps this all up, it’s your faith, not your gold, that God will have on display as evidence of His victory.
“Though you never saw Him, yet you love Him. You still don’t see Him, yet you trust Him—with laughter and singing. Because you kept on believing, you’ll get what you’re looking forward to: Total Salvation.“ (1Peter.1:6-9 MSG)~ Shelia Hart Artt
