“Tenacious“

As I was speaking yesterday at the Glory Barn the Lord dropped this word before me, tenacious, tending to keep a firm hold of something; clinging or adhering closely.

He said “ Be “tenacious” over hydrating yourself in the Holy Ghost.” When it becomes priority in our lives to seek Him, and learn of Him, the glory and the presence in the house will increase. He will not pour out His glory on a house that does not value it. If you look at the men in scripture that had such a close relationship with God, they were all after His heart. Their passion was being in His presence.

1 Samuel 13:1-14 mentions how Saul was not a man after God’s heart, but David was, 14 But now your kingdom will not endure; the Lord has sought out a man after his own heart and appointed him ruler of his people, and in Acts 13:22 22 And when he had removed him, he raised up David to be their king, of whom he testified and said, ‘I have found in David the son of Jesse a man after my heart, who will do all my will.’

Exodus 33:11 refers to Moses as God’s friend. “The LORD would speak to Moses face to face, as one speaks to a friend.“

Let’s be “tenacious” after Him!
