The Flaming Sword 🔥❗️

“So he drove out the man; and he placed at the east of the garden of Eden Cherubims, and a flaming sword which turned every way, to keep the way of the tree of life.” Gen. 3:24

The Garden of Eden did not represent heaven, but rather a physical place here on earth that reflected God the Father’s original intent for man and woman that He had created. Understand all of this existed before the flood totally changed the landscape as well as the course of the rivers that existed pre flood. It is hard to say definitive where the garden actually existed. It is said in a rabbinical teaching that the the foundation stone that rest on the Temple Mount in Jerusalem was also the the beginning of the Garden of Eden, and that the “orchard” of Eden stretched eastward for hundreds of miles.🤔 To think that the garden consisted of a few hundred of acres is pretty much a western mindset.

In the journal of George Fox he spoke of passing through the fiery sword and entering the paradise of God. Modern Christendom with all it’s posturing still seems bent on passing off shallow experience and philosophy all the while avoiding inner healing and examination of the Holy Ghost. This spiritual plane is accessible if you’re willing to pass through the flaming sword that turns every which way… Let us pray.🙏 “Holy Father, draw us into your Spirit of truth and cut us with the two edged sword (The WORD of GOD) the we may be examined in motives, thoughts, and intents of the heart.
