Who you gonna call? Jesus!

And our Lord said....

"Heal the sick, raise the dead, cleanse the lepers, cast out demons. Freely you received, freely give. Matt 10:8 NAS

We were just in Mexico ministering last week. At the end of one if the services we were in Rusty asked for those who were tormented to come forward for prayer. Many came up for prayer. We began laying hands on them asking God to remove the torment and commanding demonic spirits to leave. Just like Mattew 10:8. Some Christians do not believe that Satan still functions and they definitely don't believe in casting them out. If any of those people would stand beside us in one of those meetings they should realize that Satan is still being Satan and yes he needs to be cast out. When it is hands on, any theology saying all of Matthew 10:8 has died and is no more goes right out the window.

I was praying over this young man that had come up for prayer. As we prayed he began a slight cough. We have seen this more times than I can count. As he proceeded to cough and hack we continued to confront the spirit that was tormenting him. After a little bit the spirit became a very large ball in the young man’s throat. At that time the man went down on the floor. Sometimes this will happen and the demon will pretend it isn’t there and it tries to hide. It doesn’t want to come out. We kept rebuking the spirit and commanding it to come out in the name of Jesus. My name is powerless but the name of Jesus brings authority! Then after I felt there was a release, I asked him if he was free. He said “yes”. I said “is it all gone? No more torment?” At which he replied that he was free! There is usually such a change in the person’s countenance when deliverance takes place. Who else can they go to, to get free? A hospital? A doctor? Church we must learn how to function in God’s Kingdom bringing deliverance to those who are bound! Freedom in the name of Jesus!
