Why Should I Why Should I Dance?...Why not? - Pastor Belinda

Many times, I have entered the presence of the King, God All Mighty and felt that if I could just get my feet off the floor, I would literally become airborne. Why is that? Why should we praise the King of Kings? We must keep our emotions in check, right? Well actually “no”, actually a loud “NO!” God is a lover of those who will worship Him. If you are worshipping God with a true heart of worship, you can be emotional. How can you not be? He moves upon our hearts and our spirits light up because God is in the house!

Just Like A Child-

I always think of the scripture Matthew 18:2-4 (KJV) 2 “And Jesus called a little child unto him, and set him in the midst of them, 3 And said, Verily I say unto you, Except ye be converted, and become as little children, ye shall not enter into the kingdom of heaven.” Have you ever watched a child play? They jump, and they run with abandoned recklessness. They are totally engulfed in the moment. They believe and are full of life. Just like children, God wants us to rejoice in Him. Leave your reservations behind and grab Him with both arms. Why would God like praise? Psalms is the praise book of the bible. It is full of reasons to praise and worship the Lord. Psalms 147:1 says “Praise the LORD! For it is good to sing praises to our God; For it is pleasant, and praise is beautiful.” We know that God never changes, Hebrews 13:8 “Jesus Christ the same yesterday, and today, and forever.” So, if He once loved praise, He still loves praise.?...Why not? - Pastor Belinda
