Life has a way of draining our strength. Responsibilities, disappointments, spiritual battles, and everyday pressures can leave us feeling weary and exhausted. Yet God never intended for us to carry life’s burdens alone. He invites us to place our hope in Him, where true strength is found. Many times I find I am weak but He is strong!

Isaiah 40:31 declares, “But those who hope in the Lord will renew their strength. They will soar on wings like eagles; they will run and not grow weary, they will walk and not be faint.” This promise is not based on our own ability, but on God’s faithfulness. He is faith, not sometimes, but always!

Notice that the verse speaks of soaring, running, and walking. There are seasons when God lifts us above our circumstances like an eagle riding the wind. There are times when He gives us endurance to run the race before us. And there are ordinary days when His grace simply helps us keep walking faithfully. In every season, His strength is sufficient. He is enough.♥️

If you feel tired today, take heart. Spend time in His presence, meditate on His Word, and place your hope in Him again. The same God who created the heavens and the earth is able to renew your spirit, restore your joy, and strengthen your heart. When you "soak" in His presence you will find the strength you need to overcome. Talk to Him then just set and listen. See if you don't hear that still small voice.

Let's pray.

Father, I place my hope in You today. Renew my strength where I am weary and restore my heart where I am discouraged. Help me to trust You completely and to walk in the power of Your Spirit. Teach me to soar above fear, run with endurance, and walk faithfully each day. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
