“Then you will know the truth, and the truth will set you free.” John 8:32
If we have learned anything from this last election cycle it is the danger of building your ideology on false narratives. When functioning in deliverance 10 out of 10 times you are going to address deception, lies and false narratives. These become strongholds of the enemy of your soul when there is an absence of truth you give way to the presence of description. In deliverance ministry you can end up on rabbit trails dealing with false narratives only because you are trained to be nice instead of truthful. It is time to fully arm yourself with the gospel of TRUTH. If you create false narratives in your own spiritual ideology, you will ALWAYS function poorly in bringing true deliverance in peoples lives. If you fail to put a premium on truth in your own spiritual existence you will constantly believe a lie and never truly deal with core issues in your own life or in the lives of others. You will accept at face value the false narrative of others.
People that do not put a premium on truth will always fail at self diagnosis. They will address symptoms instead of core issues (or demonic presence). You CANNOT address demonic presence in individuals when you don’t believe in demonic presence in individuals. Jesus called us to heal the sick, cast out of the devils, and speak with new tongues. 🤔 speaking truth becomes a valuable part of that mission when it comes to bringing deliverance to the captives.
When dealing with deception it is like peeling back layers of an onion. Many times people have layers of deception without realizing it is there. I’ve seen layers of deception create false memories over the years til it causes one to function in an alternate reality. They are deceived yet convinced they are right.🤔 This is why many believers fall into false “doctrines of devils.”(1 Tim. 4:1). We teach that believers cannot sin because Jesus has eradicated sin once and for all.🧐 Jesus evidently didn’t think so. “Jesus answered them, Verily, verily, I say unto you, Whosoever committeth sin is the servant of sin.” Jn. 8:34. Jesus offered himself as a sacrifice for sin for the remission (forgiveness) of sin. “Without the shedding of blood there is no remission.” Heb. 9:22. Does this mean that sinful acts are no longer seen as sin. No! If It means that forgiveness and cleansing is available when when you do sin. His redemption is why deliverance is available. “Behold, you delight in truth in the inward being, and you teach me wisdom in the secret heart.” Psa.51:6. “Father cause there to be truth in the inward parts. Lead us in paths of righteousness for your namesake. In Jesus name… Amen!” Pastor Rusty.
