Spiritual Growth

- Pastor Belinda🌷 - March 28, 2024

I have found in my 56 years of walking with the Lord that when my spirit is hungry it needs to be fed. God will take you thru valleys and mountain tops to cause you to grow and mature. We heard many times that the valleys were something bad to have to walk thru, but I have found they are a great place to find out just how well you listened to the Lord in the season before this. These places are where you learn how to over come, and how to stand when all of hell comes against you. Ephesians 6:13 Therefore, take up the full armor of God, so that you will be able to resist on the evil day, and having done everything, to stand firm.

God never leaves you alone. In every step whether it is a mountain top, or valley, He is always by your side. You may feel alone, but you are not alone. God wants you to succeed more then you want you to succeed.

When you find yourself in a new season pay attention to your surroundings. An example is to make a note of how long it takes you to engage the heavens, and to feel God’s presence at that point in your walk. It’s like mapping your spiritual growth. What can you do to engage God. He is all around us but if you are hungry for more of Him, then you will desire to be kissed by Him. Learn what brings His presence and then keep doing it. Learn to marinate in His glory! We want to engage Jesus.

I want to smell like Him, look like Him, and be like Him, and that comes from being in His presence. Some one might ask, “what does that mean to be in His presence?” It means that you feel as if something holy just walked in the room. All reasoning just falls silent. A great peace comes over you. You feel the greatest love ever, rise up inside of you as you stand in the presence of the Holy King.

Ask God to take you deeper in Him. Ask Him to let you experience His presence. ❤️

Blessings,

Pastor Belinda 🌷
