When our cry becomes sincere God will hear us. We have brought our heart and life to Jesus what is our next step? We allow the Lord to mold us and make us into vessel He wants us to be. Total surrender to the will of the Father. "Create in me a clean heart, O God; and renew a right spirit within me." - Psalm 51:10

Think about it, surrender all to Jesus.
