“Then Samuel took a flask of oil and poured it on his head and kissed him and said, “Has not the LORD anointed you to be prince over his people Israel? And you shall reign over the people of the LORD and you will save them from the hand of their surrounding enemies. And this shall be the sign to you that the LORD has anointed you to be prince over his heritage.” 1 Sam. 10:1
“The LORD said to Samuel, “How long will you grieve over Saul, since I have rejected him from being king over Israel? Fill your horn with oil, and go. I will send you to Jesse the Bethlehemite, for I have provided for myself a king among his sons.” 1 Sam. 16:1
The Prophet Clay Nash gifted me a horn to hold anointing oil. He said Saul was anointed from a bottle, but David was anointed from a horn. I feel this is a prophetic statement for the season we’re in. The oil of heaven was not meant to be hosted in man made materials, but rather redeemed living vessels. God does not dwell in man made structures, “However, the Most High does not dwell in houses made by human hands; as the prophet says:” Acts 7:48. Nor is His Spirit hosted in man made structures, but rather in jars of clay! (People).
The LORD is going to anoint ur heads with oil! Psalms 23:5! “You anoint my head with oil; my cup overflows.” The LORD is going to anoint our heads with oil from the horn of heaven. You are being anointed for kingly, priestly duties. (Rev. 5:10). To rule with the authority of heaven!
