HIS INCREDIBLE LOVE❣️10.28.23 - #mamashelia
I'm not sure when it started, but I think I remember when it became so obvious to me!
Perhaps it was the Sunday I stood before the church family, at the Glory Barn, weeping because my "mama's heart" was overflowing. I remember that, after a very challenging time in our church family, how we were overwhelmed by Holy Spirit drawing our hearts together and dealing with us through His incredible love!
Much like Paul must have felt in his letter to the believers in Philippi, my heart was bursting with anticipation: "May the blessings of divine grace and supernatural peace that flow from God our wonderful Father, and our Messiah, the Lord Jesus, be upon your lives.” (Phil.1:2)
Supernaturally, I was experiencing such a glorious love for my "family" that I was serving, as pastor, (after Pastor Aaron, because of his health issues, had to step down from those responsibilities). Holy Spirit said to me, “My grace is sufficient for you, for My power is perfected in weakness.” (2 Cor.12:9)
The Apostle Paul writing his letter says; “I continue to pray for your love to grow and increase beyond measure, bringing you into the rich revelation of spiritual insight in all things.” (Phil.1:9)
As I looked around at what "Papa" was doing in our fellowship at the Glory Barn, I realized how He had increased my heart! I looked around that morning and realized the great compassion He had worked in my life for everyone there!
More than I'd ever known, it was as if Holy Spirit had put me in a classroom, every wall a blackboard and every board had been wiped off. Then His hand of mercy took a damp cloth and washed down every board (something I used to love to do in school) and there was nothing left to show any "mistakes" or "flaws" in anyone there! Yes! We all have (because of the Blood of Christ) a "CLEAN SLATE!"
I realized that day that "for such a time as this "We were brought into the Kingdom!" And miraculously, by His Hand alone, everything God had been doing in our lives was ordained by Him for a New Awakening, an Apostolic Outpouring, the likes of which we had never before experienced in all of His fullness!
Yes! He has been preparing us for His greater purpose. Yes! He is launching something "New" and very exciting and "whosoever will" has the opportunity to participate.
“Only God knows how much I dearly love you with the tender affection of Jesus, the Anointed One. I continue to pray for your love to grow and increase beyond measure, bringing you into the rich revelation of spiritual insight in all things.” (Phil.1:8-9)
Early in our ministry here (30 years ago) in Branson, a "shift" took place in us! As we saw hundreds each week attending Praise Gathering from different states and nations, we began to realize that we could no longer function in a "church paradigm"!
Yes, the mighty hand of God intervened and initiated an Apostolic calling in our hearts for this nation!
It was not about "building a church" -- NO! Suddenly we realized Jehovah "Sneaky" had a whole different assignment than we could have ever planned! We thought we wanted a "Mega Church," but soon learned our Heavenly Father, all along, had been teaching us His Ways and establishing His Kingdom, in earth as it is Heaven.
"Righteous, peace, joy in the Holy Ghost. Righteousness, peace, joy in the Holy Ghost, that's the Kingdom of God!" (Rom.14:17)
The more confusion, war and hatred seem to swallow up this world, the more important it is that we recognize and acknowledge His Kingdom on earth, and His Love within. Not a gushy feeling, but that deep passionate God-given gift of His indescribable Love, based on the eternal unchanging Life found in Christ!
Who knew? I never thought I could care for others as God does! But He invests His very Life, Light and Love in His children. I'm more amazed than anyone!
But, do you understand this? Those around you, those in your life are waiting to see and experience that Love through you! They are waiting! They need to see the overwhelming Love of Christ wrap "His arms" around them and pull them into all that He has for them!
Yours is the smile they see
But it looks like Jesus
Yours is the voice they hear
But it sounds like Jesus.
Yours are the arms engulfing them
But it feels just like Jesus.
Reach out, right now,
Express His Love with your smile
Your voice and your whole being!
Perhaps they've had none of these
And so they desperately need the Love of God
Coming from you to them❣️
"We have come to know and have believed the love which God has for us. God is love, and the one who remains in love remains in God, and God remains in him.
"By this, Love is perfected with us, so that we may have confidence in the day of judgment; because as He is, we also are in this world."
(1 John 4:16-17)
