Am I desperate enough❓

“O Lord my God, I cried to you for help, and you have healed me.” Psalm 30:2

Is it convenience vs desperation? Someone asked “how come we don’t see miracles very often?” I believe it’s a matter of desperation. I met a lady in the mountains of Old Mexico. She told me that her husband had been resurrected from the dead. As I asked her what had happened she said “ I had no choice. There were no doctors. So I prayed over him and he came back to life!” Here in the US we would call 911 and rely on the medical personnel to do the job. In desperation we give God a chance to bring about a miracle.

I saw a person who was a diabetic receive prayer for the diabetes. They took their meds and became sick. They went to the doctor and had a check up. The doctor said “well, you no longer need your medication. You’re no longer diabetic!” God healed them from having diabetes! So we know God can, we have seen many miracles over the years! I believe God wants to heal his children, not just on the inside but the outside as well. As we seek his face. As we drawn near to him we will see more happen. He is the same yesterday, today, and forever, so yes he still does miracles! Pressing in to touch the hem of his garment when there are no options will bring miracles. If we ask, we will receive. If we seek, we will find. If we knock, the door will be opened! Matt 7:7
