Amalgamation

“Then David returned to bless his household. And Michal the daughter of Saul came out to meet David, and said, How glorious was the king of Israel to day, who uncovered himself to day in the eyes of the handmaids of his servants, as one of the vain fellows shamelessly uncovereth himself!

And David said unto Michal, It was before the LORD, which chose me before thy father, and before all his house, to appoint me ruler over the people of the LORD, over Israel: therefore will I play before the LORD.

And I will yet be more vile than thus, and will be base in mine own sight: and of the maidservants which thou hast spoken of, of them shall I be had in honour.

Therefore Michal the daughter of Saul had no child unto the day of her death.” II Sam. 6:20-23

Michal the daughter of Saul chose to dispise her husband because of his voluntary humility as he worshiped the LORD before the Ark of the Covenant, when it was brought to Jerusalem and put in it’s place in the tent David had pitched for it. Because she despised him in his worship she was never able to bare children with him. God would not allow the house of David to have mixed seed with the house of Saul which God openly rejected. There are certain combinations that Christian’s carry yet are unable to bare fruit. One of the most obvious is the spirit of fear and the spirit of faith. I noticed this at work in a Pentecostal woman who had grown quite comfortable with her fear and had even rationalized it and christianized it with a spirit of religion… and then had the audacity to try to speak faith into a situation that someone else was experiencing. The irony was lost on her as she had no self awareness of her hypocrisy. Fear and faith cannot commingle and “they” cannot produce fruit.🍇 There are NO hybrid offspring to faith and fear. One must become sub servant to the other. We put religious garments on the spirit of fear and then mimic “faith speak” thinking it produces the same end… but it doesn’t🤔. The amalgamation of this spiritual seed becomes like “darnel” (tares) to the body of Christ.Even If you can’t discern the difference your spirit man can and will not draw nourishment from it. It simply becomes rhetoric. Faith speech without faith life is what Saul represents. The Jews only understood “proselytizing” because religion has no true reproductive organs… it cannot become pregnant and then carry to full term and then birth. It can only tell you you’re wrong in doing so.🤔 The heart of David was worship in humility and (Thank God) he had many sons and daughters. (Just not with Michal). Deleaven your life… do not assume fear is part of God’s plan. Overcome fear by faith and by reading God’s Word and do not assume fear has redemptive qualities. Trust in the Lord with all your heart and lean not to your own understanding. Prov. 3:5.
