“And the number of the sons of Israel shall be like the sand of the sea, which cannot be measured and cannot be counted; and it will come to pass, in the place where it was said to them, ‘You? are not My people,’ it will be said of them, ‘Sons of the living God.” Hos. 1:10

In modern culture when you think of the children of Israel that they are the people of the nation of Israel, but in biblical context the children of Israel were the Offspring of the man Jacob (Israel). There was a father involved and they are HIS sons and daughters, not the sons of a government but the sons of a man. 🤔

Of all the original sons of Jacob only one was born to Israel (after Jacob’s name was changed to Israel) when Jacob crossed the ford of Jabbock, and technically only one son was born in the land that was promised to Abraham. When Benjamin was born his mother Rachel was dying and upon passing, she named him Benoni, which means “son of my sorrow.” But Jacob refused to call him Benoni but called him Benjamin, which means “son of my right hand.” Benjamin not only was the only son born in the land of promise but was the only son named by his father. Benjamin never heard the voice of his mother but grew up only knowing the voice of his father. In a time when most Christians only know the voice of their mother, God is causing a seed to rise up that only know the voice of their father. Most Christians draw their identity from their mother, Baptist, Methodist, Catholic, Assembly of God…etc. There is a seed that will function with power and authority drawing their identity solely from their father… the “sons of the right hand”… the sons of authority. So many “would be” prophets draw their inspiration from their mother (the church). But there is a seed drawing their inspiration from their father's voice. Don’t be a mama’s boy! You have a “father” in heaven, learn his voice. Jesus taught his disciples to pray, “Our Father, who art in heaven!” Prayer brings you online with the Father. It becomes the means to converse with Him and to hear what He has to say. - Pastor Rusty
