22"'But on that day I will deal differently with the land of Goshen, where my people live; no swarms of flies will be there, so that you will know that I, the LORD, am in this land. 23I will make a distinction between my people and your people. This sign will occur tomorrow.” Exodus 8:22-23
A few weeks ago we posted a prophecy about living in Goshen. Living in Goshen represents that sheltered place that God creates to make a distinction between what is His and what is Egypt. From the prophetic statement above we can quickly glean two things. One, that God has marked off a place of refuge for His people in the midst of Egyptian judgment. Two, that God is making a distinction between what is His and what is not His.
I had a dream on my resent trip to Mississippi. In my dream I saw brother arguing and fighting with brother in Christ, not over doctrine or philosophy, but over faith levels of response to the corona virus. Don't let this be a faith crippling season for you. Do not respond to this present crisis the way the rest of Egypt is responding, in fear mongering and berating behavior. Egypt loves to make allegations of unbelief that they say is backed by “good science.” Learn the principle of living in Goshen, you may work in Egypt, but you live in Goshen. AMEN!
