"So, We Moved to Branson"...🚚

I set in my office visiting with a lady who heard God tell her to move to Branson. She shared how God had kept her and her family. She shared how God had provided what they had needed. As she spoke I heard the Lord say write this down and make it the subject, "So we moved to Branson" and tell all of them who have moved to Branson on my word that I have not forgotten them, and I am working to bring together my plan. Tell them to dig in and nourish the spirit man. I will bring my plan together. Don't miss it."

As pastors here in Branson, we have met many people who make the same statement, "well, the Lord told us to move to Branson. We don't know why, we don't know where we fit exactly, but that's what He told us to do." You are a modern-day Abraham traveling to a land the Lord has put before you. There is a reason so don't despair. You didn't miss it. You didn't make a mistake. And don't let your waiting bring anxiety and stress. If you heard the Father then trust Him.

Trusting the God Who Directs Your Path ✅

“Trust in the Lord with all your heart, and lean not on your own understanding; in all your ways acknowledge Him, and He shall direct your paths.” — Proverbs 3:5–6 (NKJV)

One of the greatest challenges in the Christian life is learning to trust God when we cannot see where He is leading. We often want Him to reveal the entire map before we take the first step, but God usually gives us just enough light for today. Faith is not knowing every detail of tomorrow—it is knowing the One who holds tomorrow.

The Hebrew word for “direct” in Proverbs 3:6 is יָשַׁר (yashar), meaning to make straight, level, or right. God doesn’t merely point us in a direction; He goes before us, removing obstacles, opening doors, and aligning circumstances according to His perfect will.

So, you ask "what now?" ✅

Many of God’s servants walked this path. Abraham left his homeland without knowing where he was going. Joseph endured betrayal, slavery, and prison before becoming the one God used to preserve an entire nation. Ruth simply chose to follow Naomi, unaware that her ordinary act of faithfulness would place her in the lineage of the Messiah. None of them saw the complete picture, yet God was faithfully directing every step.

Dig In. ✅

Find a place where you can grow in God and eat spiritually. Feed your spirit. You won't survive the journey if your spirit doesn't get fed. It's important that you place yourself where you feel God. God is definitely doing something here in Branson. I can say I don't know all the pieces but I can tell you what I do know. There is a flow moving in His glory. It is showing up when we meet and welcome Him in. Like Bethel when Jacob was visited by the angel. Jacob's whole entourage did not have the same experience that he did. I believe Jacob had it because he wanted more! He was willing to grab ahold of what he was seeing and he didn't let go until he got it. I believe there will be people who were sent here set right in the middle of the move if God that is coming and they won't see it and won't partake of it. If they do not step in they will be passed by. Don't miss it!

There are seasons when prayers seem unanswered, doors close unexpectedly, and circumstances make little sense. Yet behind the scenes, God is positioning us exactly where we need to be. What feels like a delay may actually be divine preparation. What appears to be a detour may become the very road that leads us into what God has for us.

Be Patient ✅

Be patient God hasn't forgotten you or what He told you. Step into the door that opens. You may have heard God and even saw the full plan for you here, but because it hasn't been fulfilled yet you want to give up, tuck your tail and return to Egypt. The Lord says be patient. There is a timing that is His and not ours. If you head back to Egypt, you may eat leaks by the Nile, but you will never enter the promise land He has for you.

Jeremiah 29:11 reminds us, ”‘For I know the thoughts that I think toward you,’ says the Lord, ‘thoughts of peace and not of evil, to give you a future and a hope.’” God knows the destination even when we only see the next step.

The Apostle Paul declared in Romans 8:28, “And we know that all things work together for good to those who love God, to those who are the called according to His purpose.” Notice that God works all things together—not just the joyful moments, but also the disappointments, hardships, and unexpected turns. He weaves every thread into His greater purpose.

A Place of Healing ✅

I can personally say we are beginning to see what we have been praying for come to pass. So, hold on God has got this. Ultimately, God’s goal is not merely our comfort but His glory. Every place He leads us, every lesson He teaches us, and every door He opens is designed so that His name will be exalted. When we surrender our plans to Him, He positions us where our lives can have the greatest eternal impact. God maybe placing you where you can be healed from past hurts. Allow this waiting time to be your healing and growing time. You will be more usable healed than if you are wounded. It's time to heal.

Stay in His presence ✅

It's not time to allow defeat and fear to steal your destiny. Stay in a place where you can worship and grow.

You heard His voice, you felt the pull to Branson, so be faithful. Wait, pray, and expect.

If your future feels uncertain, remember this: you do not have to understand every step—you simply have to trust the Shepherd who is leading you. The God who began a good work in you is faithful to complete it. He sees the end from the beginning, and He is guiding you exactly where you need to be so your life will bring glory to Him.

Let's pray;

Father, thank You that You see what I cannot see. Forgive me for the times I have tried to understand everything instead of simply trusting You. Teach me to walk by faith and not by sight. Direct my paths, order my steps, and place me exactly where You desire so that my life will bring glory to Your name. Even when I cannot see the whole picture, I choose to trust that Your plans are good, Your timing is perfect, and Your purposes will prevail. Use my life for Your kingdom and for Your glory. In Jesus’ name, Amen.
