“But a mist (fog, dew, vapor) used to rise from the land and water the entire surface of the ground—“ Gen 2:6 Amplified Bible

There is a biblical description given in Genesis that captured my attention for a long time. In the beginning when God created the earth, He made it so that it was self sustaining. There was no seasons nor rain, but only moisture that would rise from the earth in a fog and water the whole earth. He saw what he made and said it was Good!

You can reason that this was “original intent” that the earth wasn’t dependent on rain or seasons but a self-sustaining mist (ayd) that would rise up from the earth. It did not rain until the tenth generation from Adam. So, from Adam to Noah the earth functioned this way under original design the way God intended. The church as a whole has functioned under seasons and former and latter rains to sustain… but a day is coming where there will be a restoration of original intent and the Glory of the Lord will rise upon the earth and water His garden. I’m reminded of this every time I take a morning drive through the Ozarks. These hills and basins seem to reflect God’s design with a fog that rises from the low lying areas and fill the valleys. I’m reminded of God’s original intent that His garden (the bride) wasn’t meant to be reliant upon the rain but a self-sustaining Glory that is to rise up within the soul. Daily! When?🤔 Daily!😇 we aught to be experiencing His Glory daily! Smith Wigglesworth said he would not leave his house for the day until he made his soul happy in the Holy Ghost! Mmm…🤔 That sounds outrageous!!!
