Tribal Stones -

Pastor Rusty - Aug. 30, 2024

“And Elijah said unto all the people, Come near unto me. And all the people came near unto him. And he repaired the altar of the LORD that was broken down. And Elijah took twelve stones, according to the number of the tribes of the sons of Jacob, unto whom the word of the LORD came, saying, Israel shall be thy name: And with the stones he built an altar in the name of the LORD.” 1 Kings 18:30-32

Elijah repaired the altar of the Lord that was broken down. (No doubt from years of neglect). This takes place on Mt. Carmel in northern Israel. He repairs the altar of the Lord on Mt. Carmel using 12 stones, one for each of the tribes of Israel. This dynamic is different than just repairing the altar of the Lord in a church fellowship. This is the restoration of a regional altar unto the Lord and it requires the coming together of different tribes for the commonwealth of a region or a nation. The unity of the tribes is paramount for the reconstruction of an altar of regional authority. It doesn’t mean you lose your identity as a tribe but rather that you are conjoined with other tribes for the welfare of a greater manifestation of the Kingdom of God. In this case fire falling from heaven. “Let the God that answers by fire🔥… Let Him be God!” Unity among the tribes become paramount in this season. When believing for an outpouring of the Holy Spirit and the return of the prodigals to the Household of God.

“And when the day of Pentecost was fully come, they were all with ONE ACCORD in ONE PLACE. And suddenly there came a sound from heaven as of a rushing mighty wind, and it filled all the house where they were sitting. And there appeared unto them cloven tongues like as of fire🔥, and it sat upon each of them.” Acts 2:1-3.

“Father, cause your people to be as one… in one mind and one accord. Unify your bride and elevate the ceiling in our region, And let the God who answers by fire🔥… let Him be GOD! In Jesus name… Amen!” Pastor Rusty
