There are many adults walking around trying to move forward but find that they continually go in a circle spiritually. Sometimes this is due to baggage from when you were a child but it can also be some you have experienced as an adult. Usually the baggage consists of hurts, many times abuse that is experienced at a young age. It is usually a parent or close family that has crossed the line. This leaves behind pain and guilt that an adult doesn’t know how to deal with let alone child.
Inside of the heart that bears this pain and betrayal will be un-forgiveness. Not to mention trust issues. I believe hell contains a special place for those who abuse children.
If you have experienced this, you can be free from the pain, the hate, and the guilt.
First off let’s take the person who caused the abuse and hand him or her over to Jesus. Now release them into God’s justice. Ask the Lord to help you release them. Ask the Lord to bring forgiveness into your heart. Un-forgiveness is an open door to demonic access. So shut the door of bitterness, and un-forgiveness. You’re not letting them off for what they did, you are placing them into the hands of a God of Justice. He will deal with them. We want you free so healing can begin.
Now I want you to forgive yourself. I find this is a biggie and is usually hiding there in plain sight. Say “Jesus, help me to forgive myself. Take all of the guilt I fell for this happening to me.” Adults tend to hold their selves hostage for not having prevented the thing that happened to them even though they were just a child at the time. Let yourself go. Freedom!
Now I want to pray over you. Jesus, I ask that you bring healing into this wound. Release forgiveness. Holy Spirit bring comfort into this situation. Remove hate, bitterness, blame, un-forgiveness from their heart.
Now, Jesus, I want you to go back in time to the point that this took place. I ask that you show them you were there and that they were not alone. Fill them with peace and love. In Jesus name. Amen.
Now, Satan, your time of causing torment and pain is over! I command you to release them in Jesus name. Be gone you’re no longer allowed in this life! In Jesus name amen!
Feel free to message me and let me know how you are doing. Let me know what God has done in your life. If you need more prayer contact me. You can contact me here on messenger.
