“Come now, let us reason together, says the LORD:

though your sins are like scarlet,

they shall be as white as snow;

though they are red like crimson,

they shall become like wool.” Isa. 1:18

One of the most powerful, pivotal verses in the Old Testament. It is like a window into the New Covenant. What was promised to come, did come in the form of Jesus Christ. “Though your sins are like Scarlett, they shall be as white as snow.” A promise wrapped in the colors of Christmas. 🎁 But listen to this admonition. “I, the LORD, invite you to come and talk it over” (CET version). You have been given an invitation to have a sit down with the LORD of host, The God of the universe, Creator of all things. And what are you discussing?🤔 The cleansing of sin. Many modern Christians need to have this conversation. Why? Because we’ve been told to bury it rather than discuss it with God. You’ve been told, “It’s dealt with so don’t bring it up.” But every person born on earth needs to have this conversation with the Lord and experience the great release! “Though your sins be as scarlet they shall be as white as snow. Though they are red like crimson they shall become like wool.” Jesus saves to the utter most… all He is asking is for you this Christmas season is to sit at a table with him and have a discussion. God bless and Merry Christmas. Pastor Rusty
