Upper Room

“And on the first day of Unleavened Bread, when they sacrificed the Passover lamb, his disciples said to him, “Where will you have us go and prepare for you to eat the Passover?” And he sent two of his disciples and said to them, “Go into the city, and a man carrying a jar of water will meet you. Follow him, and wherever he enters, say to the master of the house, ‘The Teacher says, where is my guest room, where I may eat the Passover with my disciples?’ And he will show you a large upper room furnished and ready; there prepare for us.” And the disciples set out and went to the city and found it just as he had told them, and they prepared the Passover.” Mark 14:12-16 ESV

This is a remarkable story that concerns a precise word of knowledge that Jesus gives His disciples concerning the location of the upper room where they will keep the Passover feast. If you do not believe in the supernatural Jesus you might struggle with this. God is orchestrating supernatural events as we speak.🤔 When we get on the same page with him by His Spirit he allows us to become privy to necessary information just as Jesus did with His disciples in this passage. No doubt they didn’t hesitate to do what He said because He had done this kind of thing before. I love it! “Follow the man with the water pot.” In this season, what may seem to be a simple inspiration or instruction from the Holy Spirit may have great ramifications for the body of Christ. It may lead to a geographical portal that the Lord has used in the past and is going to use again.🤔

When you travel to Israel and they take you to see the “Upper Room” where the day of Pentecost took place in Acts chapter two, it will be the same location as the upper room where the Passover of Mark fourteen took place🤔. Geographical “portals” of blessings can still be found… not just locations where some wonderful event took place, but locations where an open heaven exist. Branson is such a place. This region is ear marked for revival.
