Walking by Faith - Part 3

“For we walk by faith, not by sight.” — 2 Corinthians 5:7 (NASB)

Faith is the path beneath our feet when sight fails. Even when we can’t see the road ahead, we trust the One who leads. Walking with God requires us to let go of control and lean on His promises more than our perceptions. We can’t always see the out come because of fear of how it will arrive, what lies between our asking and His giving. Faith is having trust in your Father God.

Many people I have counseled do not have a good “father perception”. Their relationship with their earthly father left them lacking in trust. God will heal that if you will just give all the issues into His hands. Ask Him to bring healing into your heart. Then watch as He transforms those hurts into new trust in Him.
