“You shall also make curtains of goats’ hair for a tent over the tabernacle; eleven curtains shall you make.” Exo. 26:7
The Lord keeps directing me to look at this as the covering of His righteousness. Conferred righteousness. Experiential righteousness. You cannot function with the first covering in the Holy Place without this covering being in place. Great emphasis has been placed on understanding God’s imputed righteousness on those who believe. This is not a mindset to be attained,🤔 But rather experienced. Experiential righteousness from the Lord Jesus Christ can be experienced even without understanding. Which I think is true for most everyone when they initially surrender to Christ. This canopy is put in place upon complete surrender even without understanding. Righteousness is obtained only through one method… Faith! “For with the heart one believes and is justified, and with the mouth one confesses and is saved.” Rom.10:10. “Even as Abraham believed God, and it was accounted to him for righteousness.” Gal. 3:6.
A few months ago, we were in the war room praying and I heard the Lord say, “I’m going to heal my bride.” Then He said, “As a token to you that I’m going to heal my bride, I’m going to heal your bride.” Ok, you have my attention. My wife and I went into an amazing honeymoon faze that is still going on (4 months and running). But also, our marriage went into a deep cleanse that broke bondages that were 50 plus years in the making. When I say deep cleanse, I mean a DEEP CLEANSE. We are experiencing the residual of this on multiple levels. One, the canopy of heaven has never been more evident in our lives than it is right now with considerable upgrade in angelic visitation. Two, the canopy of righteousness has never been more evident or appreciated than it is right now. God has made these coverings so we can function in the Holy Place with fellowship and interaction with the Father. You cannot function in the Holy Place without these two canopies in place. The canopy of righteousness is not visible within or without, seeing that it lays between the inner and the outer canopy, but the EVIDENCE of its’ placement is manifest in both the believer and the church.
“Father, establish your Holy Sanctuary within us. Make your dwelling place with your bride! Cover us with your coverings in Jesus name! Amen.” Pastor Rusty.
