HOLINESS: A PLACE WHERE HIS PRESENCE IS FOUND

How to experience His presence part 3 - Pastor Belinda - July 28, 2026

God’s presence is holy. When Moses encountered God at the burning bush, the Lord told him, “Draw not nigh hither: put off thy shoes from off thy feet, for the place whereon thou standest is holy ground.” (Exodus 3:5, KJV) Wow! What an experience to have! 🔥

God is calling His people to holiness—not perfection, but a heart that is set apart for Him. People who long to stand in His presence more than anything.

Psalm 24:3–4 asks, “Who shall ascend into the hill of the LORD?… He that hath clean hands, and a pure heart.” We want to make sure we are clean and covered by the blood of Jesus before we enter into His Holy Presence. It is a wise man who has reverence and respect for the holiness of our living God.

Let's look at holiness. Holiness is about surrender. It is choosing to turn away from what draws us away from God and turning our hearts fully toward Him. As we seek Him with clean hands and a pure heart, we position ourselves to recognize and experience the holiness of His presence. James 4:8 says, “Draw nigh to God, and he will draw nigh to you.” The closer we draw to Him, the more we become aware of who He is—and His holy presence transforms us. You can't stand in His holy presence and not experience a change inside of you. I am have personally experienced that change that can only happen in His presence. He can make the wrong things into the right things! There is hope! ♥️
