“Even though I walk through the valley of the shadow of death, I fear no evil, for You are with me…” — Psalm 23:4 (NASB)

Walking with God doesn’t mean we avoid pain, but we’re never alone in it. His presence in the valley is our greatest comfort. He walks with us through grief, fear, and uncertainty, guiding us to peace.

As a pastor I have walked people out of the pain of abuse and trauma all with the help of the Lord. The Lord always has been and always will be. As I pray over them I will ask the Lord to take them back to the point of trauma and show them that He was there. Usually at this point there will be an expression of fear and hurt in the person. As we pray the Lord wraps his arms around them and healing begins. They will respond, I see Him! I wasn’t alone!

When we lost our oldest son Cameron I had to learn to release the bitterness. You can not heal if you retain un-forgiveness. You have to place all of those who have hurt you into the Lord’s hands and ask Him to help you forgive. He will help you and He will bring justice.

Demons live in-forgiveness. They are attracted to it like a shark on blood. You must forgive and release the captives before any healing will take place.

Let’s pray: Jesus I ask that you help those reading this to release all of their captives. As they place them into your hands let them see you will bring justice because you are a just God. Now I speak healing over their wounds. I ask that you wrap them in peace as they walk forward from here. In the name of Jesus, Amen.

If you do need more help to walk thru this and you do not have a pastor or minister who will walk you thru it, please feel free to message me.

God bless and keep you,

Pastor Belinda
